Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery (excludes sale and closeout merchandise). If the product is no longer needed or wanted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items that are sent back due to the customer no longer wanting the product, no longer needing product, or when there are no problems with the item. We will not charge a restocking fee on damaged items. This restocking fee is only for customers who receive the product, then decide they no longer want the item and wish to return it. To reconcile the original shipping & handling cost, Ozark Outdoorz, LLC will hold the 20% fee and the refund will be submitted minus the restocking fee.
We do ask that customers provide photos if they receive a defective item. Providing photos from the beginning of correspondence proves to be more efficient and less time consuming in handling the returns procedures. Please email photos of the defects along with the name on order, order number, and date the item was ordered to our customer service email, which is firstname.lastname@example.org.You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
